Your accommodation in Urbania will be available from 6 p.m. on the Saturday prior to the beginning of your course. Students should be at the school at 9 a.m. on Monday morning. At the end of your course you must leave your accommodation by 9 a.m. on Saturday morning.

If you are coming from a European country you may wish to come in your own car in order to take the best advantage of the wonderful surroundings of Urbania (sea, mountains, countryside, etc.). The sea is one hours drive; Assisi, Perugia, Ravenna 2 hours; Florence 3 hours.

AIRPORTS
The nearest airports to Urbania are RIMINI, BOLOGNA, FORLI, ANCONA-FALCONARA. Intercontinental flights arrive at either Rome or Milan.
If you are coming from the U.S.A. or CANADA, it is easier to fly into MILAN (not Rome). From there proceed to PESARO by train (see below). If your are coming from Australia you will land at Rome.

TRAINS
The nearest station is PESARO. If you are coming by air or by train, plan to arrive on Saturday in Pesaro train station so that you can catch a direct bus to URBINO at 4.05 p.m. From Urbino it continues to URBANIA with another bus that leaves at 5.25 p.m. from the same piazza Mercatale. On arrival in Urbania (approx. 6.00 p.m.) students will be met either by a member of the school staff or their host family and accompanied to where they are staying. If you are unable to catch this bus, take the first bus leaving for Urbino and change there for Urbania - if it is not too late - or else take a taxi. If you will be arriving late, please advise your host family. From MILAN take the train for Pesaro (Ancona-Bari line). From ROME the easiest way to reach URBANIA is by bus "BUCCI" leaving from the STAZIONE TIBURTINA at 7.30 a.m. daily except Sundays. The bus arrives in URBINO at approx. 12.40 where there is a connection for URBANIA or else take a taxi. If you are unable to catch the bus from Rome, take the train to Ancona-Falconara and change there for Pesaro, then see above. From FLORENCE, take the train for AREZZO and then the bus "BUCCI" that leaves from outside the railway station at 3 p.m. daily, except Sundays, and arrives in Urbania approx. 5.25 p.m. This is the only bus from Arezzo to Urbania.
